Our ambulance field operations division is administered by three Field Supervisor Units. Each of these supervisor units are a First Response ALS Unit. Our ambulance field operations supervises a staff of over 120 highly trained paramedics and EMTs. Our fleet of 20 ambulances are Advanced Life Support certified.
Operations is a well-organized relationship between actual ambulance operations and dispatch. It includes fleet operations and maintenance, crew scheduling and supervision, risk management, and quality improvement. This carefully scheduled and orchestrated relationship manages ambulances and crews throughout the system.
Our top priority is patient care. The operations team is committed to the premise that if you take the best care of the patient, all other issues will be resolved.
