


Riggs Ambulance Service is located in the Central Valley of California. We are
the exclusive provider of pre-hospital services for all of Merced County.
Operations is a well-organized relationship between actual ambulance operations and the communications center. It inlcudes fleet operations, crew scheduling and supervision, risk management and quality improvement.
This carefully scheduled and orchestrated relationship manages ambulance and crews throughout the system. Our top priority is patient care. The leadership team is committed to the premise that if you take the best care of the patient, all other issues will be resolved.

On-Line Reporting
If you are a member of the public and would like to submit a compliment or concern, use our on-line Ocurrence Report. Submit an Occurrence Report. If you are viewing from a smart phone, you can use this link to view the form. Employees of RAS should use the OR form on NBS. Please provide as much information as possible to help us address your submission.
