We provide 24/7 Advanced Life Support services to all of Merced County under an exclusive provider agreement.  This agreement outlines the minimum standards and response times that are closely monitored by the Merced County EMS Agency.

We also provide Basic Life Support services for standby events and long-distance transfers.
